The office is on the west end of the hospital directly in from of you as you enter the parking area. In the Alleghany Highlands Medical Center building. |

| ake US Route 219 South from Lewisburg, WV past the Fairgrounds. Stay to the right as Route 219 curves to the left, you will be on Davis Stuart Road. Travel ½ mile to the stop sign, then turn right, still called Davis Stuart Road. Travel ¼ mile, Jackson River Orthopedics is in the red brick building on the left with a parking lot on the lower left side of the building. The office is on the lower floor. |

To be sure that your plan is valid at the time of your appointment, please confirm participation with your insurance plan with the office staff when you present your insurance card at the time of your appointment. Regardless of participation, insurance claim forms will be filed with all insurance companies for all visits. Fees are expected to be paid at the time of your visit. Should any problem arise with billing, please bring this to the attention of our billing staff and they will make every effort to resolve the difficulty. |
